Indigofest is back for 2018 in aid of The Nkuringo Foundation Music School in Uganda and Manor Green College in Crawley.

Indigofest returns to the main Capitol Theatre for 2018. Comedian Tim Vine is back to host this successful sell out charity music showcase. This years exciting line up will include Beverley Skeete, best known as The Lead Vocalist for Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings. Beverley has been re-cording and touring with Bill for over 13 Years. Her classy, soulful vocal style has earned her a great deal of respect throughout the business, working with Annie Lennox, Sting, Robbie Williams and many more.

As always the showcase will also champion local music talent including Willie Austen who will per-form a set with his amazing band featuring musicians at the top of their game. Other acts include up and coming star Alexis who will perform songs from her new album “Close To You” NooN will also return for 2018 playing an eclectic mix of atmospheric pop with an emphasis on melody. New band NoVA13 will debut some new material, featuring the amazing Josie Quin on lead vocals. Other acts include ‘Reverb’, Hurstpierpoint College Choir and an an excellent house band featuring former members of Ultravox. More acts to be announced.

Indigofest 2018 promises to ooze musical talent, interspersed with a smattering of Vines “out to lunch one-liners”.
